For monthly subscribers, a single credit is redeemable for a simple task that usually takes 30 minutes or less. Some larger, more complex tasks that need to be broken down into several steps will “cost” you more than one credit. You may also send INDIVIDUAL requests starting at $35 per task. Terms & Payment Policy
* All list prices are in US Dollars. Fees are payable in advance, and all payments are processed safely through PayPal. You will receive an email invoice before we start work on your task.
* Same-day task processing is available at a surcharge, but most tech requests will be completed within within 3 business days of receipt.
* Subscription credits are only valid for one month, calculated from the date that you sign-up. There are no rollover credits.
